Yes. Cancel from the extension popup → “Manage subscription”. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Subscriptions are non-refundable for partial months or partial years. If you cancel mid-period your Pro features remain active until that period ends — we don’t pro-rate refunds. If you believe something has gone genuinely wrong, email support@clearpence.com.
The Free plan acts as a permanent free tier. Use it for as long as you like with the last 30 days of data and 5 exports per month. Upgrade when you need more range or the accountant template.
Credit and debit cards via Stripe, processed through ExtensionPay. We never see your card details — Stripe handles all of it.
Annual saves 31% (£99/year vs £144/year on monthly). Pick monthly if you’re trying it out for a short period and want to cancel cleanly; pick annual if you’re settled in.
If we change the price we’ll give existing subscribers at least 30 days’ notice and you’ll keep your current rate until renewal.
